Culver`s in Mount Pleasant

Delicious food but disappointed that almost all employees were wearing masks below their noses!

Great food and great service. Even though they were supper busy, Irecieved great customer service and good food with a reasonable wait time. They do lose one star because one of the burgers I ordered was missing the toppings it was supposed to have.

Omg what's not to love! Great food, great service, great atmosphere! Butterburgers are delicious! The fish and chips are Soo good taste kinda like a good old Midwest fish fry! Lightly battered cod with various sides. I had fish, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, with roll. My kids love their corn dog, and chicken tenders. All which were very good! Everything was nice tender and non greasy. Staff members are always polite and friendly must be a Midwest thing! This is our go too place whenever traveling in the Midwest!

We had their icecream today and it was delicious. Friendly service and the dining room was set up for social distancing and tables were being sanitized after every use.

There is a reason why at lunch time, there is always a line that wraps around the parking lot. Because this Culver's location not only has finger licking outstandingly delicious food, but it has exceptional customer service to boot. Thank you for another great meal!

Fantastic. We took my youngest daughter there and she loved the food.

Their food is good but I haven't had one order in the past five visits that has been done correctly.I've ended up with other people's food.. all I'm after is a chicken sandwich no tomatoes no pickles add onions... And mayo..Difficult order

Great menu! I always get either the North Atlantic Cod sandwich or dinner, but their meat options are also great. Love the customer service here and the team is just awesome!! I also just had the best Mint Milkshake in a loooong time!!

I've been to Culver's many times and have never had a complaint. The food is great, not outrageously priced, fresh and fast. The staff is also nice and helpful. The only bad thing I could say from my visits is that rush hour can be extremely busy. So if you're on the clock, you might want to go somewhere else for a quick lunch. 5/5 stars is reserved for pristine experiences. Just because I rated 4/5 doesn't necessarily means that this establishment has anything wrong, just wasn't top tier with need for improvement.

Due to the current situation I called prior to placing my order she started park across the street and we'll run over get your order and then bring it to you. She made 5 trips between our car and my daughter's truck. Above and beyond, great good and great service

I love to fish and chips it's the best thing ever, service here is good but they could learn how to smile a little bit. right around the condiment area could use attention once in a while I'm busy nights making sure it's cleaned up. Also someone out there wiping down tables as people are leaving would be nice.

Great burgers, yummy custard, good customer service. A top tier contender if you consider culvers "fast food".

Very friendly staff. Their double deluxe butter burger is still a great choice. Crinkle cut fries are my absolute favorites and you can't get them very many places. Of course I topped it off with a scoop of chocolate ice cream for dessert. Quite setting when I was there and entire place was spotless.

Went here for lunch, got to work my burger is raw 🤢. Went back they remade it. Got back to work guess whattttt, burger still raw needless to say $12 gone down the drain. I won’t be back...........

Yummy food. Only thing I don't like is the staff seem to have this idea that there is a imaginary wall between the kitchen and front counter. They dont acknowledge you unless you are right at the register. No eye contact, no "hello! Welcome" but the food is pretty great!!

Line was long, but wait time wasnt bad, staff was busy but still friendly. I got a shake and it was delicious!!

Waited 20 minutes for food. Fish sandwich was cold and soggy.Fries were cold. Manager wanted us to see her at counter but finally came to our table. Did not want to refund money for food we could not eat and only offered to remake it. We had to leave and did not want to wait. So just left hungry and 21.00 poorer we will never return.

The cashier (who I think was a trainee) had to ask to repeat the order TWICE, and still got it wrong; we ordered a sundae with chocolate custard, hot fudge, and brownie pieces- what we got was received vanilla custard with caramel and chocolate syrup. The custard was grainy- like their machine didn't mix it right; it left a film on my tongue, and I couldn't finish it.Definitely NOT the quality associated with the Culver's name. It also took a long time to get- it seems like they fulfilled four drive through orders for every one in the lobby.The building looked clean, at least.

Their food is cheaply made, and fake. The tenders taste like they're rolled in pencil shavings. Ice cream is ok.

Good food but let’s not act like sauce comes out of your paycheck!! Literally every time we come here they forget ranch or something !!

Really great lunch! Both the Mr and I were pleasantly surprised by the selection available. The burgers and fries were fresh and the ice cream was thick and delicious. We had the Oreo marshmallow and it was fantastic. Service was pleasant as well. It was pricy as far as fast food goes but was very good.

Fav frys, these did not disappoint. Manager at this Culver's had made 2 beautiful Valentine's wreaths for the doors, they were big and beautiful and made me so happy walking in. Thank you.
